Thank you very much for everything you did to sell our house.   The amount and types of marketing you did went far beyond our expectations.  I don’t know of any other realtor who would stand in front of the neighborhood stores passing out flyers to advertise our house. 

We appreciate all the suggestions and recommendations you provided, never forcing us into a decision, but instead letting us know our options.   We also appreciated your emails and phone calls to keep us informed of the market and how our house was showing. 

During the closing process, we know you had to do a lot of research and convincing the mortgage company that our house was worth the selling price.  You succeeded!
