To provide a professional level of service & advice to our clients, customers and colleagues, and promote through the example of everyday conduct, our belief that following the Golden Rule (Matthew 7:12) is the best and most proper way to conduct our individual and collective business dealings, thus earning the trust, friendship & repeat business of our clients as well as the respect of our peers.

Our Story

Our company was founded in 1992 by Doug Loyd & John Zielenbach as Florida Executive Realty at Tampa Palms. Our only employee then was Michelle Weinhold, who now serves as our General Manager & Vice President. Our original efforts were focused on selling home sites, new construction and various developer related services exclusively in Tampa Palms.
